Grupo Gicsa is investing 3,000 million pesos in this new Mega Mall project called "Grand Outlet Malltertainment Riviera Maya". Construction has already begun by the beginning of this year and it is expected to generate over 5,000 jobs and attract even more tourism. A certain delivery date has not beed announced, but it´s estimated by the year 2021.

La construcción ya comenzó desde principios de este año y el proyecto espera generar 5,000 empleos y atraer turismo. Una fecha oficial no se ha anunciado, pero se estima el año 2021.
